Vos missions :

• Analyser les bilans comptables
• connaissance de la comptabilité de cycle complet
• Fournir un soutien administratif et comptable au service de comptabilité
• Saisir les transactions financières dans la base de données
• Préparer et mettre à jour les documents administratifs et comptables
• Émettre les factures et assurer le suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs
• Rechercher, suivre et résoudre les problèmes comptables

Profil recherché :

✔ DEC/AEC en comptabilité ou formation équivalente
✔ 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (obligatoire)
✔ Connaissances en comptabilité de gestion
✔ Fiable, digne de confiance et rigoureux(se)
✔ Esprit d’initiative et capacité à travailler en équipe
✔ Excellente gestion des priorités et attention aux détails
✔ Organisation et gestion du temps efficaces
✔ Bonne capacité analytique et autonomie
✔ Attitude positive et adaptabilité
✔ Bilingue (français et anglais)
✔ Maîtrise de la suite MS Office
✔ Connaissance des logiciels QuickBooks et Salesforce (atout)

The opportunity:

• $24.00 per hour
• Permanent full-time job

What would you do:

• Analyze balance sheets
• Full cycle accounting
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the accounting department
• Enter the key data of financial transactions in to the database
• Prepare and update administrative documents
• Prepare and update accounting documents
• Prepare invoices
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable
• Research, track and resolve accounting issues

This person must have:

• DEC/AEC in accounting or equivalent training
• 3 years of experience in the related field is a must
• Knowledge of managerial Accounting
• Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
• Sense of initiative and ability to work in a team
• High attention to detail while managing multiple competing priorities
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Great analytical skills and autonomy
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Good communication (French and English)
• Mastery of the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of Quickbooks and Salesforce software an asset
